"I had a small issue with my shoe..."
I had a small issue with my shoe order, though I was half wondering if I had messed something up myself. Customer service got back to me quickly, and they were really nice about the whole thing. They fixed it without making it feel like a big deal, which I appreciated. Overall, a smooth experience.

I ordered a pair from johnstonmurphy.com, they do look really nice in person. The length was right, but they felt tighter than expected across the top of my foot, which was disappointing since I went with my usual size.
They’ve gotten a little more comfortable after a few wears, but they definitely weren’t great right out of the box. I’ll still wear them, but Johnston & Murphy should really be more accountable for keeping sizing consistent so customers know what to expect. 3 stars from me.

"Sizing was spot on"
I ordered a pair of shoes from johnstonmurphy.com and, honestly... the sizing was exactly what I hoped it would be. I just went with my usual size and didn’t have to deal with exchanging them or second-guessing anything. They felt comfortable right out of the box, which was a relief. It’s always nice when the size chart actually lines up with real life, you know?

"Fast shipping and an easy return"
The shoes showed up quickly, but the size felt off and I worried I’d be trapped dealing with a complicated return. Luckily, it was super easy and didn’t turn into a hassle at all. My refund came through faster than I expected too. I’d definitely order again

"still holding up good"
Grabbed a pair of Johnston & Murphy shoes last year and they’ve been great. I wear them a lot and they still look decent, the leather feels solid, and the soles haven’t really worn down much at all. Happy with how they’ve held up
